You want to go there early. Even before the store hours, people are lining up already. Limited items on menu but what they offer is very very good! Cozy atmosphere and definitely recommended!
I was in a bit of a rush and didn't take as many pictures as I would have liked, but this cafe/bread shop was perfect for a quick bite to start the day! The breads were all wonderful, my favorite was the chocolate croissant and the curry pan! But more than the food, the smiles and friendly demeanor of the staff made the short visit make me want to stay longer! I'll definitely visit again soon! Thank you!
I’m pretty sure I put this place on my list because they sell sourdough bread, which isn’t readily available in Tokyo. I went in the evening and got right in, but most of the bread selection was gone by that time. So I’ll definitely be back. But what I did stay for was the brioche french toast and it was outstanding. It’s a repeat item for sure. The space is also cool, and feels a bit rustic. Service was fast and friendly.
What a great spot. The wait was worth it! The hostesses made it a point to double check our ticket number after seeing us struggle to understand the ticket calls in Japanese. We had more food than we knew what to do with. The bakery looked amazing, we'll have to come back and try their goods. Here are a few photos of the meal and Special Sakura French Toast, easily the star of the meal.
We are a Canadian family of 4 and came here for breakfast yesterday and it was the best breakfast we've ever had! We had the brioche French toast, egg and salad and everything about it was perfection. They also had lots of pastries and muffins that we purchased and the staff were so friendly it made our whole day! Thank you so much and we hope to visit again!
No. 4 Café may look like an unassuming single level building in the bustling city of Tokyo, but it was already crowded even on a Monday morning at 9am. When I arrived, I took a queue number and noticed that there were already 6 groups ahead of me. Since I was dining alone, I selected the option to sit anywhere, including outdoors. It did not take long before a waiter guided me to an outdoor seat. Orders were placed conveniently by scanning a QR code. I ordered the French Toast Combo Set together with a cup of iced Americano. The food was served within 15 minutes and looked absolutely fantastic. The French toast came with a variety of sides, which allowed me to mix and match different ingredients to create unique flavour combinations with each bite. Overall, it was a hearty breakfast that was both delicious and beautifully presented. This is definitely a café that should not be missed if you are in Tokyo.
Wow, what a place. Honestly I wish I found this place sooner so I could come back. Everything was delightful. Things I’d absolutely get again was this sandwich, was very well done, lots of different flavors in between two perfectly soft and crisp roll of bread. The Pizza with pepperoni and cheese on top was sweet and savory! What a surprised honestly wasn’t expecting that, was mixed reactions at first but was the first thing we finished. I didn’t think I could ever like a pizza that was a bit sweet but this one was special. The carrot cake was really interesting, a bit more dense than I like but really wonderful taste. Hint of orange, plenty of nuts. Overall a really top tier place.
